As new to be parents, we had no idea where to start. We were lucky to hear about Baby Koo and meet Karina. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things before baby, once they are born and what you need. She asks all of the right questions to help you figure out the best stroller, car seat, etc for you and your baby's needs. I am pretty sure I asked about 100 questions that day and she answered all of them with ease. Becoming a parent for the first time is scary, but Karina can help put your fears at ease and point you in the right direction to be set up for success! Do not miss Baby Koo amd Karina as you prepare for a new baby!
Karina is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I used Baby Koo for my registry and loved all of the products that I received from there - mostly due to Karina's recommendations. This is my absolute favorite baby store in the area!
She is very professional on her job and she direct me correctly to the final destination, very reasonable price and she does not care to sell her stuff but she care more about customer what is important for your baby and what do you really need it I love her and her recommendations.
I’ve been driving for over an hour in the same area, trying to find this location. It has 4 stars, so I’m giving it 3. One for other people loving the store, one from me for my curiosity and determination because I really want to shop here and another because it’s well-loved.:/
