Last year I did a lash lift with Tiffany.  it was an amazing experience. She was very nice so I decided to do go again to do lash extensions here. So this time, I booked my appointment with Stephanie. Her technique was good but her attitude was terrible! After finishing, one of the lashes popped out so i ask if it could be fixed. She was very rude and disrespectful.  Update! After I posted a review for a couple hours the salon manager have called me back for more details on that situation. I told her that I have no problem with how it look i like it at that time However, the only problem I have was the service, she was so rude and aggressive. The manager was trying to fix the problem by offer me 50% off for refill with a new artist. I appreciate her attentiveness and told her that I will call her back if I want to do a refill. Anyway, it has been just two days and my lashes fell for more then 30 lashes.

Faith was amazing!!! My lashes look so good. I’ve been going to different shops for years and Deka will give you the type of volume you’re looking for. I showed her a photo and she made my lashes even better than the photo. And it didn’t take forever!Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

these lashes FAR exceeded what I expected! I have never had my lashes done so I was super nervous especially since I had zero knowledge of what to ask for. I cannot recommend my lash artist, Louden, enough - she blew this out of the water. compared to the prices of other places, Deka had great, reasonable prices, esp if you do their membership. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I absolutely love them! The nail tech was Faith and she’s great. I probably won’t go back for another set until I have a special occasion. It’s an expensive splurge.

Brittany is the best!  I'm very happy with the quality of her work.  My lashes are full and last longer than other experiences I've had.  Definitely recommend!Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

Definitely had a wonderful experience! Stephanie was very gentle. I gave 4 stars because I noticed after I left that there was significantly more lashes in one eye over the other. I'd definitely go back!

I was a loyal client of this deka lash salon since May. Faith the lash artist left and she was the best talent they had. It was a big loss to the studio. The other lash artists would complain about her work to me and said she didn’t do the right thing which was unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner twice to talk about my experience and never heard back. I had my lashes done by all the other artists who now are “masters” and they do not compare. I just got my lashes done again yesterday and I was told my lashes would be uneven because I had less retention on one side. This is the second time this has happened. They should work around retention and make them appear even. I never was dissatisfied with the previous lash artist who is gone and it’s time to find a new lash salon. My advice to the owner is to find new talent like Faith and have more training since the customer experience is sub par. I have been going to deka lash for a while and I had a great lash artist Faith. She did an amazing job. She ended up leaving and they had me see Stephanie. She took off all of my lashes and said that Faith didn’t put my lashes on correctly. She also told me she didn’t have time to make them more full.  She did a horrible job. I pay for volume and my lashes were so short and I was not pleased at all.  Stephanie also made comments about Faith which i think was very unprofessional so  cancelled my next appointment and I made an appointment with Rayna in Waltham and she did an amazing job! I had my lashes done by Stephanie quite a few times. Every time I go her attitude is rude and terrible. I ignored thinking it might be a bad day for her. I can't take it anymore. I really get scared to talk to her or ask her for anything, she is very intimidating. I'm not comfortable with her at all. This time she asked me to book my next appointment online by myself.

It was my first visit to this salon and I chose it based on the reviews/stars! Unfortunately it was not what I expected- my technician named Lauder,  if I pronounce her name correctly, she was unprofessional by making everything that I was asking difficult and complicated and at the end when I saw the results I said to her that I am not happy and requested if she can add more lashes. Her reply/reaction was rude saying that “am sorry your time is over and that she already worked more time” I was never told since I was a new customer, that was a time limit to my visit in this salon.
