Bacharach Outpatient Center Somers Point

This office provides terrible service. My father’s Hearing aids were dropped off for repair and was advised 2 weeks. Started calling at 2 week mark and a week and 3 calls later was told they found them and would be overnighted and arrive in 2 days. It’s been a week and no hearing aids or explanation of where they are. I call everyday and no one is returning my calls. The woman that answers the phone actually said “I don’t know what you want me to do, I o my answer the phone”. I get she o my answers the phone but you work for the company and the only person answering the phone, so my expectation is you need to do something or talk to someone. My father has gone here for years and this will be the last time he uses this company.

I asked if they could help me with my specific problem and they said yes, however they didn't do anything to help during the actual appointment nor give me advice. They kind of rushed me out. Giving three stars for the customer service though.

I had gotten some hearing aides thru bacharach and the staff was awesome and friendly and made sure that I was happy with them
