I visited the Court House office, and I found everyone to be upbeat, very caring and helpful. No wait time, and Dr. Morrow was fabulous. He is a skilled listener with an easy-to-talk-to manner. I highly recommend Dr. Morrow!
I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Morrow. I love that making appointments is easy, and the office staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Morrow always asks questions, addresses your issues & concerns, and explains future care so that you can understand everything that needs to/will happen. *I want to add that at my last visit, the young lady who works with the paperwork & payments when patients arrive, was so helpful to an elderly patient. For some people, all the paperwork can really be a lot to understand. She sat with this woman and walked her through everything. She was so patient with her, and I just really thought that was fantastic. I would certainly hope that someone would do that for my Mom if ever needed. Great job! Thank you!
I have been a patient of Dr. Morrow's practice for many years. He is a caring and knowledgeable physician. Wait times are minimal and the staff members are always pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Morrow as the ENT to see!
You Are only $ and a number to Dr Morrow. In order to be seen you have to sign all kinds of forms. You then pay your $50 co-pay and then each time he stick a camera down your nose for 2 seconds you will get a bill for $150 for each time. When you call the office they tell you to write a letter. When you do, you get a response with a copy of all those documents they make you sign. On top of it when Dr Morrow can’t figure out the issues he tell you to go to Thomas Jefferson. Oh...but wants you to come to see him for a follow up! Save yourself the time and $, go directly to Jefferson. Dr Morrow is a contributing reason insurance costs are so high and knows how to milk the insurance system. South Jersey docs get bad reps and this doc is a reason why.
called to find out if my dad appointments is booked here or not no one answered the phone because it was hurricane isaias so we wanted to make sure if we can reschedule but no one picked up the phone
Absolutely the worst, most condescending, uncaring doctor I’ve EVER been to. He didn’t even bother to introduce himself! Would never go back.
