Love this place. They use sterile jewelry and the entire store was very clean. The piercer went over the aftercare of the piercing and was gentile while doing the piercing. The guy at the front was great helping me choose a piercing. He was very attentive and fit me in the same day.Services: Ear piercing
I will only take my kids to get pierced here. Anthony is really the best. He is so relaxed and kind, def makes everyone including the Parents feel at ease. He is a total Professional and is always there to greet with a smile and positive vibe. I’ve also come back with an issue where I thought my daughter’s piercing closed and he was kind enough to check it out and help with the issue. The entire staff there are really nice and every piercing we have done there has been a great experience.
Went to the place yesterday to get my first ear piercing. Service was awesome, the man who did my earrings was super chill and informative and made me feel comfortable in the whole process. Best first experience I will say!

wow the options! Went in for a nose ring and walked out with more! So many choices, helpful staff and good prices. Lots of unique items as well. Worth a visit!

Very poor customer service. I went to remove a piercing and buy some new jewelry to put it on after removing the other one and the 2 gentlemen that were there it was obvious that didn't wanted to work. I asked for the service and they looked at each other and told me there was nobody to take care of me at the moment. But they were just standing leaning on the counter and joking around. And they sent me to another business at the same mall. Which I appreciated it at the end cause the other place was the total opposite when it comes to customer service and overall. Backstage got very great merchandise but the employees give a very bad impression of the store when it comes to customer service. I wouldn't go back nor recommend it to anyone.
Today I got my first nose piercing ! It wasn’t so painful as I thought it would be . I really recommend to get any piercing here . I’m very satisfied!
Came in to get a tattoo for my birthday April 7th. Price was a bit high but fair enough since there was no where else close by that day that could do it. Maybe 2 weeks later I noticed the tatt just wasn’t healing properly. I could tell that my body had rejected a good amount of the ink and it just wasn’t going to heal properly. At first I was livid but I figured I’d give the shop a call and see how they’d react. I really expected to have a hard time with this place. I wasn’t in the mood for a back and forth or an argument. The store manager Anthony and the tattoo artist Fernando made things so easy for me. I own businesses so I always respect people that stand by their product which they did. They had me come in and took a look at the tatt and came to the conclusion it needed more time to heal before they could touch it up. Fast forward two more weeks…I call at 2pm they got me in by 6pm had me touched up and out of there with a product I’m happy with by 7pm. It spoke volumes to me that they stood by their product. This is my 6th tatt but first one with them. I will be back there in a couple of weeks for my next one. I cannot stress this enough…IT SPOKE VOLUMES that they stood behind their product. Smart way to keep a customer and have a satisfied customer. As long as Anthony and Fernando are there I’ll bring my work over there.
