Offering boot camp classes, personal training and yoga
Bad Wolf Fitness is now offering boot camp classes, yoga and personal training. Boot camp classes are M-Tu-Th-Fri at 5:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30 pm and Sat at 8am. Yoga is Wed at 6:30pm and Sat at 9am. All classes are free to members. Saturday boot camp class is free to the public!! Yoga is $5 per class for non-members.
