My family and I absolutely adore this complex. Such a vast array of activities for all ages to enjoy. It was definitely one of our first favorite finds whenever we relocated to the Kingsport area.

There is not adequate seating to actually watch a basketball game. You have too stand at the railing and look downward the entire time just to see. This is not the place for games to be played where people and families would want to come to watch. It would only be good for practices only. It needs to be re-done so it is audiance friendly.
Dirty floors and the refs are going to get people hurt by not calling fouls.. That's how fights start

It has a great park outside, and a splash pad. There are Pavilions to use for eating. And a great big grassy area for playing games.
