My dog and I love Dr. Greiner! She is the best vet we’ve had in the city, unlike other vets we've had she provides all treatment options and also her recommended treatment plan. She truly cares about her clients. The other staff is always fantastic as well, friendly and helpful. It’s always pretty quick to get a sick visit, often same day. Would highly recommend QVAH!
Being first time clients, our experience was excellent. From the interaction on the phone, to the care and compassion put forth by staff during the incredibly difficult loss of our beloved dog, we highly recommend Queen Village Animal Hospital.
I love this vet office. I have since left the area, 2 hours away and can no longer bring my cats here but if you are even remotely close, this is the vet to choose. Dr Collada is the absolute best and have yet to find a vet where I live now that is as good as him!
We love this clinic--responsive staff, streamlined processes for scheduling appointments, getting reminders, requesting records. They have a system for ordering prescriptions that works great. Highly recommend!
First and foremost I'd like to say that my experiences at QVH have always been great. I especially enjoy Dr.Hange! The techs and client service representatives are also extremely kind and well knowledgeable! I have two issues however: One is that appointments are pretty booked out and they don't offer a cancellation list. I'm not going to ding a star on that however because the practice is relatively small in comparison to others in the area. I did however remove one star from an other wise 5 star rating because they do *not* accept Care Credit. It's truly unfortunate because that can actually be someones lifeline to take care of their pets. I've worked in the animal health care field for over 6 years and this is the first practice I've ever been to that doesn't accept it. In a major city too, I find it so odd! So if that's your only means to balance your bills and pet care, seek elsewhere.
I brought my tiny just 2 pound Chihuahua for her yearly. She is quite elderly and a phenomenal little spirit. Dr. Goldman, was concerned about a minimal weight loss and suggested adding some wet food to her diet. I took his advice and she loved the addition. Great compassionate service. We were on the way to the vet in this picture.
We have been seeing the team at QVAH for over a year now with our 2 dachshunds and cannot say enough good things! Everyone on their staff from the front desk to the techs and vets are so kind and welcoming each and every time we visit! We saw another local vet before transitioning to QVAH and the difference in quality of care is 1000x better! Cannot recommend enough!
This was a 5 star review, but I'm changing it for a few reasons. I have taken my rescue boy here for 2+ years and had great experiences until recently. I got a new puppy and I've felt rushed through his appointments, not having time to ask all the questions I had about his care. I was also told that they would recommend he get a surgery to enlarge his nostrils, and they would send me a quote for the surgery within a few days. After almost 4 months and multiple calls, I finally received an email saying that they don't do the surgery this left a pretty bad taste in my mouth to be honest. Overall I haven't been feeling a high level of care and have felt rushed or ignored, so I'm planning to switch vets.
Starting bringing our cats here after our previous bet became just too expensive. QVAH has great staff at very reasonable rates.
Always wonderful. The staff and vets love the animals and they are well organized and clean. I've taken 6 pets over at least 15 years and they are still my go to vet. My only complaint is that as of now they don't have a vet that sees rabbits
