BarreFusion is a full-body workout that focuses on precise movements to tone and strengthen muscles, followed by stretching exercises to make muscles lean and long. This high-energy, fat-burning class is an engaging, vigorous workout designed to target areas that women traditionally find problematic: thighs, seat, abs, and arms.
Body Sculpting:
A strength training based class with a smattering of pilates core focused exercises, weight lifting, interval training and HIIT--this class has a flow and ease while still being a great challenge.
