Had to tow my wife’s Mercedes’ the control arm broke and it was very tricky to load without damaging they took their time and didn’t charge more I can’t say thanks enough

$250 to tow my car 7.1 miles I would have shopped around if I had known this is what it would cost lesson learnedService: Vehicle wrecking

I lost the only set of keys to our rental van while in Pigeon Forge and was locked out at night with my two young kids. Baker's Towing showed up FAST even before I got off the phone with AAA and towed us back to our campground. I *think* the name of the driver was Glenn? - I was a bit too stressed to remember everything - but he was friendly, funny and seriously helped us out. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful driver. I failed to get the mans name but he seemed to enjoy his job. He used extreme caution while loading and unloading my truck even though it was already damaged. I followed him to the garage and he used caution while driving as well I appreciate all the effort he used I HIGHLY recommend Bakers Wrecker Services.. THANK YOU

I give it one star because I have too ,the drivers were were friendly and nice ,very helpful. As for the office people they were very rude and yelled at me I'm a very respected man in this county and I believe they charge way to much ,costed me $565 to get it pulled out of ditch I did have to flat tires where I wrecked and my trailer attached but come on I was already having a bad night ,give the locals a break.I will never again I say never ever be using Baker's wrecker service again ,and I advise anyone else to avoid them,I'm going to be purchasing a wrecker and I'm not going to charge the locals an arm and a leg ,we all struggle enough in this god forsaken town .Have a blessed day .

I was in Gatlinburg on vacation with just my 1 year old son and had car trouble. They towed my car back to be after being fixed 40 miles for a very reasonable rate and got it done quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
