Our practice is focused on all matters related to Child Welfare, and Juvenile court matters, such as Dependency and Neglect, legitimation/paternity, custody, co-parenting, child support - setting, modifying, and contempts of court, all delinquency matters including all criminal charges and status offenses such as Truancy, Unruly, and runaway, and misc other services such as consultations, document preparation, wills, uncontested divorces, and a limited amount of contested divorces depending on the contested issue/s.
