For my wife’s birthday we enjoyed a couples massage w/ Eric and Dawn our masseur and masseuse. Both were phenomenal. They instinctively knew where we carried our tension and applied necessary pressure. Our experience felt transformational. We will definitely return. Thank you Dawn and Eric for a wonderful session!
I thank the Greensboro staff for salvaging what was going to be a very horrible birthday gift to myself and my first massage in like 15 years. I scheduled an appointment with the kernersville staff on my birthday on April 25th and got a confirmation email. However when I showed up for my appointment, I was told that there was no record that I had an appointment and was not offered an appointment later in the day or even later in the week for the obvious system failure! The lady basically shrugged and said sorry. I stood outside for quite a bit, birthday feeling ruined and feeling defeated. I almost just said screw it and drove into work. Why take a day off when your day is ruined? As a last ditch effort, even though the kernersville lady told me that the Greensboro office did not have availability either, I decided to call the Greensboro office myself. I was upset and I never take time off for just myself and I never get to do anything for myself like this. The Greensboro staff was exactly the opposite of my experience at kernersville. They offered me an appointment if I could get there in the next 25 minutes which was difficult but I made it and they made my day better. The facility is 10 times nicer anyway and the reception and front desk people were 10 times better as well. I won't even waste time going to the kernersville one even though I have used them for waxes many times and I had good experiences with the wax people. I just won't go because of the front desk person now. No customer service. I wrote a complaint and sent in a copy of my confirmation and no one has reached out or said anything about my experience on April 25th at the kernersville location so I guess they just don't care. Anyway, if you decide to book, do the Greensboro office. The kernersville one is in a food Lion parking lot next door to a Panera so it's not really a full spa experience. It's more like going into the nail salon to get your eyebrows done than feeling like you're in a spa. The Greensboro one has a sauna and a spa and robes and is in a much nicer location.
I received a spa day for my birthday that consisted of a 90 min. Massage, a facial,a mani and pedi. I had my massage on Saturday with Rene, who was amazing. We focused on neck and shoulders but still had all over body. Today, Alicia did my facial 1st one ever. I have sensitive skin, and she listened to all my concerns. My skin feels fantastic. It's soft and glowing. The only downside is that I have to retrieve my mani pedi from a different location, but I don't mind.
Children bought me a gift certificate for BDS for Mother’s Day. Took forever to get an appointment they fill up fast and I suspect they are short staffed right now. I usually go to the GSO location but the available appointments were too far out. I did have to give my credit card info in order to book the appointment but my card was never charged. When I arrived I was able to give them my gift certificate for payment. Booked a 90 min massage and a peppermint scalp massage. Dawn was great and very professional. I prefer the Greensboro location which has a much nicer shower and a sauna.
Don't ever buy a gift certificate from this place. I was given one for Mothers day last yr. They closed the location it was for. So I tried to make an appt at the Kernersville but they wanted a credit card to make the appt. But it was already paid for. Long story short they have put off giving the refund for over 4 months now. They always have some excuse. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE EVER They lie everything they speak
Massage therapist Dawn at Kernersville was great. However the overall experience was horrible. It took multiple attempts to schedule appointments. The lady at the front desk was very rude.
Had a 50 min massage by Janelle today. There are no words to adequately describe my session. She was phenomenal, at the very least. I was very impressed by her smooth transition from one site to the next. Every movement was connected to the next phase. It was as if she knew exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Janelle and will continue to choose her for every session.
Nice atmosphere. Great customer service! Donte excuse the spelling was amazing and has great hands! I did the 80 minutes and was so relaxed. He worked out so many knots, I feel so much better! Added plus I walked out with some great Farm Fresh products.
