Empire Nails and Spa

Empire did an amazing job on my nails this week! My best friend goes here on a regular basis and I have been looking for a new place that does good work for reasonable prices and I am happy to say that I found that place with Empire! Staff were friendly and the man that did my nails did an amazing job! This will definitely be my new nail salon from now on and I recommend to anyone in the area looking for good quality nails that don't cost an outrageous price! Five stars Empire thanks for everything!

Today I saw Lisa for SNS and she was great. Her attention detail did not go unnoticed. This is the best SNS application I have had in a very very long time. I will schedule with her again in the future.Services: Polish removal

Lately they dont seem to care about their regulars. I am told to sit down and told someone will be w me. Up to 40 min later im perplexed waiting for a pedicure. And feel put off. The need to tell people how long. Vs soon. This time they did the same again and i asked for a time since i had plans for dinner. 30 min wait. Ok...bye bye. I went to one across the street Tell people how long so they can make a decision.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went in for fill in 4 weeks ago tech found fungus under my artificial nail. He told me no big deal. He took the tip off and just put the I guess what was acrylic on the Natural nail. I went back in 2 weeks later saw the same tech now I have fungus on ALL 5 nails on my right hand!!! And 1 finger on my left! I have gotten my nails done since I was 16yrs old. I am 51yrs old and I have NEVER gotten fungus before coming to this salon. I have had to go to my dr TWICE now over this and now am have to take an oral anti fungal treatment and use a topical treatment. My dr was horrified when he saw my hands because they were so bad! He said as soon as the 1st one was seen by the tech he should taken all the nails off and told me to go straight to see a dr. I was treated like the were not a big deal and not the salons problem. So now getting nails from this salon has cost me a literal fortune not they "are whats happened to me!! There was no care or concern for me whatsoever!!

I don’t have a nice hands but thanks to my nail tech who made it pretty! I forgot her name, I think Myla or Miles? She really took her time to make my nails so I really appreciate it!! Will definitely go back. Next time, I’m gonna do lashes too. Yay

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago to get mg eyebrows waxed Mimi did an awesome job. I thought i would go back and try them out on my nails and it's a No for me. I let Samine do my nails today and there is no arch on my French and i asked him to not round out the edges on my nails and he did anyway I am very particular about my nails and it's just a No for me. The acrylic is too thick and it's not flush to the cuticle‍.

What ever you do don't ever to this place for a pedicure. The man that did my feet didn't all the polish off and not scrub the dead skin off nor did soak my feet they are still rough and dead skin on my feet. And polish is plum mess. And did not want to fix it or give any money back. DON'T GOOOO THERE...

The day of service my daughter waited an hour and 10 mins to get service. She got her nails done for her birthday on July 10th and 5 days later her middle nail fell off.Service: Acrylic nails

Very terrible service new lady that just started working there 2 weeks ago cut down my natural nail after I told her I didn’t have a nail tip on that pacific nail and didn't even bother to check if all the nails were even or lined up. Then I had to switch to another nail tech who claims she fixed the problem but yet all of my nails are not the same length. I got banned from going back because I asked for a 10-dollar discount and demanded to get it. The new lady dared to say to me that I should have said something when I did but she choose not to listen to what I asked for. If the job is not done correctly the customer has a right to get a discount when it's something they are paying for and not satisfied with. So I recommend going elsewhere because these people just care about the money that's coming in and not about what the person is asking for and wants!Service: Manicure
