This laundry mat is a joke, the prices are absolutely ridiculous, local competitors are nearly half the price, I spent double washing here, clothes didn’t even dry all the way, it’s dirty, the soap dispenser flaps are covered in mold, the staff is rude and unhelpful, and my clothes smelt worse after “washing” then they did dirty, the machines do not fill with water allowing soap to suds up, I asked staff why some of my clothes were still dry, where is the water, she said look there’s a sud, it was a tiny bubble, I measure out 4 cups of detergent for washing with large machine, never in my life of doing laundry have a i seen such a dry wash before. Definitely will not be returning and will be letting friends and family know, not to wash here. Also all the little washers were conveniently out of order forcing customers to use larger more expensive machines.
A little pricey but convenient. My only gripe is employees smoking right next to the door. I don't want my clean laundry smelling like smoke
So that I listen to the reviews, very clean, super friendly, and they lock the doors after you for safety. I thought that was pretty awesome. And the big 4 load washers are great if you have alot. And only $7, or $11 for 8 load.!! My new go to laundry palace.
Clean, EASY access. Could use some chairs for patrons tho. Pricey.
This place is great Kim goes above and beyond to help anybody. Always cleaning. And does the best job with drop offs customers recommend her
No chairs to sit in but you dont need them! I did 3 loads wash and dry in about 30 minutes. Good tv's to watch while you are hanging out.
Went to Baldwin 24hr Coin Laundry in Pontiac this afternoon. It was absolutely the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been in. Had been here a few times 20+ years ago - and very pleasantly surprised at how well it looked. Lots of washers and dryers - all in working order. The attendant never stopped - she kept busy picking up, sweeping, wiping down the machines and tables the whole time I was there. Very nice atmosphere!! Thank you for making a not so fun task pretty easy!
Clean with most units working; only a few dryers out of order.
Kim and the rest of the staff are awesome. Place is always clean and the machines are updated and plentiful. Still going to this laundry and still very clean, I would recommend this place to anyone.
Clean laundromat. Been coming here for years but the machine prices have gone up to $7, and a quarter gets you 4 mins to dry. and not all the dryers work. That's a disappointment. However, I know they will fix the issues.
