I wish I could give a no star review. After doing business with this laundromat for more than 9 years, both dropping off clothes and washing there in person, the Asian woman there was very unkind when my home dryer broke and all I needed was to dry my clothes. I called and introduced myself and told her that my dryer broke and asked her if I could come and dry and she told me "no". My husband who she knows very well went there when I told him of my telephone conversation with her, and explained what happened with our home dryer and asked her if he can dry the clothes and she again told him no. I recommend you go somewhere else for your laundry needs as this establishment doesn't care about who their loyal customers are. My family and I will certainly not go back there. They have lost a loyal customer!
My dryer went at five Pm. I came to the laundry and I loaded two loads of wet laundry. I was approached by the owner saying remove the wet clothes no wash here I explained my dryer went she said no care. If no wash no dry! I said I’m in a spot she said no care. Funny thing is I have washed things in this place. She made me unload. I will never use her ever.
I wish I could give this laundromat zero stars . My dryer broke and I went to Milburn laundromat to dry my clothes . As soon as I said I just wanted to dry my clothes the attendant said all dryers broken . Meanwhile some were running and there were empty ones . I guess if you don’t pay her to do the laundry you can’t dry you clothes there. Drove to Atlantic Ave Freeport . No problem there.
I love this laundry mat. The attendant there is always super nice. My clothes always come out great no funny smell or anything. The machines are kinda on the older side but very well maintained. Also it's not crazy busy too the point you're almost fighting with others. All in all, this is my go too.
Some times the machines doesn't work good and the ladie always said: too much clothes
Just called this place by accident Bc I thought it was Millburn nj ; and asked if I can drop off ., she says how many pounds ., I said I’m not sure ., she said If your not sure than don’t come here and hung up on me ., smh ., customer service is horrible ., so happy I don’t live there lol
The cleanest laundromat I have been too. i got my big bag done for less than 10 dollars wash and dry included.
Very expensive laundry service.
I love the lady that runs the place and the workers are so nice to my son...cool place..clean love it
Close to home decent place to go to 40 min wash 25-15 min
