Worst eye doctor in Borger if you live in the Stinnett area go to Advanced Eye Care in Dumas they are much more professional and have a more friendly staff.

This is the only company in the town the next is 45 mins away, and they refuse to take certain medicaid you can change your plan so that you can see them but then you have to change it back to see your doctor cause 1 takes this and the other takes that. They also refuse to give you their last name if you tell them you are going to review or report them. Very unprofessional. I will be reporting to the insurance boards for this and Karri M. and she was very proud of herself i will have to look up the laws but I am pretty sure she legally has to give her full name for review. Not sure could be wrong but it is very tacky of her. I know there are a lot of people who were affected by covid and no longer have home much less cars to drive 45 mins to an hour to the next town and with this being the only eye dr they should be required to accept ALL medicaid insurance because that is for underprivileged and poor people who cannot afford to "cash pay" as she suggested to me. If everyone blackballs them they will have no choice but to accept ALL so they can stay in business or they will close and we can get an affordable eye doctor here. Please do not use so they will have to help these poor people.

The eye doctor himself was fantastic. The staff on the other hand should be replaced. All but a few of them. Unnecessary attitude. Been doing business with them off and on for 11 years. And it's got so bad they're losing business. Sorry Doc your staff is ruining your business

I went in to get fitted for contacts and pick out some glasses. The doctor was quick and friendly. Staff was very helpful. Especially the woman who helped me pick out some frames. I think her name was Crystal. Overall awesome experience. Would return.

My husband has always gone to you, I went and was so Pleased, We are coming back, even though they quit taking our insurance. The staff is so professional plus being very friendly. The Dr is very thorough. I am excited for my next exam, which is Friday!

Staff is wonderful and very friendly. They didn't laugh at all when I told them I was hit in the eye with a marshmallow! : Dr Hollingsworth was very friendly and listened and was thorough in his examination.

Went in to see about using them as my eye doctor. Waiting room was cramped and uncomfortable so I decided to make the drive elsewhere. The staff seemed really friendly.

Totally lost a customer because of the customer service over the phone. She was very rude.

Wish I could give 5 stars. They didn’t ask me if I wanted my eyes dilated, didn’t inform me they would be before hand so I could plan for someone to drive me home.
