Wonderful hospital with caring staff! The emergency room is especially efficient and great at telling you exactly what’s wrong without using big confusing doctor words. They always make sure my daughter is taken care of and most recently, the evening ER doc came in and spoke TO HER she is 5 asking her what hurts, what’s wrong and really listened to her instead of just acting like she was an inanimate object simply because she is little. The admin is doing such a great job with this place, always nice, it is ALWAYS clean, and sometimes yes it may tale a little more time to be seen, but they do have other patients throughout the hospital and calling for orders/getting results takes a bit of patience. They will ALWAYS put your health and needs first.
I had a baby recently, the staff in OB was absolutely amazing! They took care of my every need and made sure I was as comfortable as possible!!! I could not be more pleased with the care I received. Everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you ladies for your amazing care, patience, and love for my baby and I.
Kind amazing and patient nurse. Nice Dr. But I don't feel he took my injury seriously after sitting there 4 hours in pain. The nurse was more informative. I'd rate her 5 stars. As well as the lady in admissions. She was very patient and professional.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am a first time mother and came in for my first ultra sound HOWEVER the father of my child and my own mother weren’t allowed to come in with me because of “covid policy.” After hearing that, my mother asked to see the policy from the cdc stating no visitors allowed and they have yet to show us anything from the policy book. They have said we can talk to administration and other people yet we have not talked to anyone yet. This place is an absolute joke. The first doctor we went to gave us missing paperwork and got our appointment times switched around and have created a whole mess. We have been waiting for almost two hours and still have yet to talk to anyone or even see a nurse or doctor.
December 23 I was brought to the ER by ambulance with a fractured hip after a fall. I could not have asked for better care in the ER. Everyone working there was nice and polite including the attending Dr. I was seen relatively quickly and was then sent on to Amarillo for surgery.!!! ER is not a place anyone wants to be, but considering all went great!
I visited the walk in clinic on 2 occasions and the clinic at Dr Webers. Wilson, Monica and Brandie were all wonderful. I was treated promptly and respectfully. Borger is fortunate to have the amazing practitioners here. I strongly recommend the walk in clinic for non emergent care.
Place can't schedule much less have the right name down. I would give zero stars if possible. I haven't gone by that last name in over 11 years! Are they really so poorly staffed!!! Seems they need to replace the staff with people who are actually competent.
They are rude. They take forever, and you ask how much longer they rudely reply “they’re doing the best they can” I am not happy this place is not. My mom needed her foot checked badly! She is needed to be looked at and there isn’t a lot of people here…
My first experience there for PT and was very surprised. Staff was great and very kind, will definitely use again if needed, saves on gas going to Amarillo. Thanks to staff for great job!!!!
I want acknowledge the physical therapy department I’ve been going there for a little while and they have Gone over and beyond to help me with my back. I just finished physical therapy and I want to tell everybody in the Physicall Theropy department who took me on his client and help me. With all that being said I’ll give them five stars for the Physicall Theropy department
