Very frustrated with the store at present. I purchased a lamp ordered it as it wasn't available in store. Lamp arrived - it is lovely, but doesn't fit the space. I reached out to the return line this morning, and they said to check with the store first as not all stores will accept returned items purchased through the catalog. No problem. I have tried OVER and OVER to reach the Southpark store, but it always says, Press 2 for a sales person, then is says LINE IS BUSY. It has been busy all morning which means they are NOT answering their phone or only have ONE line? Really? So now, I have to drag this heavy lamp through the mall in hopes they MIGHT take it back. They should at least allow me the option of being placed on hold for the next available person. UPDATE: I finally got through to the store after 20 minutes. They will not take the lamp back, but they are going to arrange to have UPS pick it up from my home. I still think they need a better answering option on their phone.
We got snubbed shopping in Pottery Barn and made our way to Ballard and were happily surprised to find wonderful, helpful staff at every turn! Samuel especially was gracious with his time, answering our questions, and helping us find what we needed! They honored online sales and were very accommodating! We will be back next time we're in town!
Table arrived missing large parts, not a few bolts but actual pieces of the table. The best they can do is 2 weeks for the parts. For the price of the products, one would think Customer Satisfaction would be a priority but no. We now have a useless table and the family of 5 will continue to eat standing up.
I was there looking for a 6x10 carpet and found 3 sample that looked interesting. I spoke with a salesperson who said you cannot take the large home. Large sample were about 24” square. He said they have smaller samples and looked but they had none for 2 of the rugs and the third he had not information about. So I said the only way I can get a feel for your rugs in my house is buy the rug and if I don’t like it I can ship it back. He said yes. I have been to 4 others places selling rugs and they all allow you to buy a large sample that they will reimburse you upon return. Very frustrating conversation.
I never felt that they are interested. To me it looked like they came to a conclusion that I cannot afford. I liked many interior decorating options in that store but I feel unwelcomed. I am a very simple person ..and I won't change just because someone is judgmental about the way I am. I went to other vendors and I am happy that I could get the required help.
I've been to this store 3 times in the last 3 months. I shop online a lot but love being able to see the items in person. My first visit was very nice and I was assisted by a very personable and helpful associate. My next two visits within the same week shopping for custom outdoor cushions were lackluster, not due to merchandise but the sales team was not at all welcoming. Guess I'll get back online and shop in the comfort of my own home.
Kennitha is a fantastic, creative designer, I highly recommend going to her for your next project. She communicates her ideas clearly, takes mine into consideration, but isn’t afraid to tell me when she thinks going in a different direction could also work and why. By far the most positive design service experience I’ve had. Really excited to complete a project now that I was originally dragging my feet on. Thank you!
Terrible company. Intentionally mislead customers with advertisements and promotions. Will not honor their own advertisements and promotions. Customer service is terrible and will not let you speak to a supervisor. Pretend to rectify concern by offering free shipping for items that always shipped free. Do not do business here. Since this company doesn’t honor their own promotions or appreciate their customers I will spend my money somewhere else.
A very nice assortment of accessories and Furniture. My wife a soul loves this place. The staff or quite nice. A well-decorated store that was easy to navigate. Of course there is a price dividend for such style
Wonderful selection of home furnishings and decor, one of our favorite stores.
