Ballston Spa National Bank

AWFUL!!! I have had more issues here since switching about a year ago than I have anywhere else! Trying to stay local and when i was just in there, there were three customers- one woman trying to get information on her CDs- they told her they were “invalid” so she couldnt earn or even get them, the other customer they told him they were putting a SEVEN day hold on his paycheck because it was “too much” and myself…they wouldnt cash a…get this…. $28!!!! STATE CHECK!!!!! If i wanted to they would hold the money in my account and wouldnt let me withdraw MY MONEY! Every single time I try to do anything with my account theres always “new rules” where I dont have access to my money….no wonder why everyone in town drives the extra 30mins to bank elsewhere….absolutely unacceptable

This bank no longer has the small town feel that once made it appealing, the staff has been almost completely replaced recently and the customer service has gone from excellent to very poor in my opinion.
