The root canal was absolutely painless The customer service of the dentist and the staff was excellent.  The procedure was so efficient  and organized that I was still sitting in the chair waiting for the procedure to begin when the dentist began to walk away and say that he had completely finished the procedure.  I never knew that a root canal could be so enjoyable.

I took my son for a root canal surgery and had the best experience. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The staff and dentist  friendly and good at there jobs. My son was scared to go because he had a bad dental experience. This experience has simmered his dental fears.

Front desk staff was so friendly. Dr Wycall and his assistant were so patient with my 9 year old son. They explained the entire root canal process to him and put him at ease. I’ve never seen my son so calm at a dental appointment the laughing gas probably helped a little lol. I would definitely recommend this practice to people.

I had a root canal done by Dr Wycall and the whole experience was great. He explained what he was doing to do and let me know what he was doing. The dentist isn’t my favorite place, but I have nothing but praise for the doctor, his assistant and the front office staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of an endodontist!

The clinic was amazing, from the front desk all the way to the back office. my 8 year old is very afraid of the dentist but Dr Wycall and his assistant made her feel soo comfortable and relaxed. Great experience for her first root canal!

I was in to see Dr. Wycall who was wonderful! He explained everything while he was working so I wouldn’t  be surprised by anything. His assistant Shayna was really kind making the experience even easier. And thanks to all the ladies up front Irene, Cierra, and Leslie.  They were so efficient in getting me scheduled.  All over a great experience considering I just had a root canal. Thank you

My dentist referred me to Baltimore Washington Endodontics for a root canal. I was quickly scheduled for an appointment the following week and found them very professional. Everyone from the phone scheduler to the front desk receptionist were friendly and pleasant. Dr. Nguyen and her assistant were amazing. She explained everything that was about to happen and put me completely at ease. Best part, the procedure was relatively painless. The office and procedure rooms were clean and modern with relaxing music and there are also modern televisions with Roku. I highly recommend this office for their amenities, modern and GENTLE patient care and location. Thank you.

I had a root canal completed and it couldn’t have gone better. The dentist was very informative, understanding, and gentle. If you need any endodontic work done, choose BWE and you will be very happy.

I was extremely anxious but was welcomed by an amazing front desk Brittney was super nice and answered my questions. Dr. Nguyen was really kind and the other young lady i apologize i forgot her name but she was blonde and tall was able to ease my nerves. Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!!

I am terrified of the dentist but Dr. Wycall provides total comfort while explaining what he is doing to keep you at ease, also he provides quick service that I love.
