In the Hibachi room, you can enjoy delicious food prepared before your eyes at your table by one of our highly trained chefs with combined experience of more than thirty years. Bambu’s Modern Asian menu is influenced by the cuisines of Japan, China, Korea, South East Asia and Thailand. The menu is set up for sharing and also offers a wide variety of new and classic dishes. Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Others can order cocktails and a table full of appetizers to share. The choice is yours.
