I love this bank . They always take care of the costumer. Recently Miss Sonia was able to clarify and help me to understand some charges that were repeated and then reimbursed to my account . She was polite , knowledgeable and provided a fantastic costumer service . Thanks a lot !

The WORSE bank I have ever dealt with. They are a small town bank not for professional people that travel. They will lock your account and you will be at the airport 1,000 miles from home and be stuck, all because they are not use to people leaving the immediate area small town areas.
Horrible customer service. Cost me thousands of dollars and months of time. You can not beg them for feedback. Use anyone else.
