Great place for your pets. I have the Banfield medical plan for my dog and is easy and convenient. They always do an amazing job here and everyone is very nice and helpful. I have never had a problem and my doggy doesn’t come out traumatized; I used different veterinarians and they all great.
My son’s German Shepherd Chad Ochocinco was not quite right. I wanted him to get checked out ASAP. They were able to squeeze us in an hour later. He is better thanks to the medicine prescribed. Always have had a good experience here. Only the first time I went to Southlake, this time Fort Worth.
called to be on a puppy plan was 595 for the year over the phone which is high already. the lady then told me 3 different things. finally got a straight answerer so she was not giving correct information at all in the start. the reception up front even had a hard time following. but after all was done the price went up another 300 it was 900 and change. was flat out a nightmare don't think I would ever use them for anything at all unless I had no choice.

We had a good time and were treated very kindly by everyone here. Sometimes the walk from the front to the office of the Vet can be a little stressful though.
Banfield Southlake is hands down the best Banfield location in the metroplex. The staff are attentive and caring for the animals and extremely helpful in answering any and every concern. Kudos to Shep. She's awesome. But most of all, I wanted to express my deep thanks to Dr. Anugu! In 5+ years in DFW, and having visited 5 or 6 Banfields and a few other area vets, Dr. Anugu has been the most impressive veterinarian that I've encountered in terms of bedside manners, medical acumen, and dedication to her clients/patients. She follows up on EVERYTHING and is an outside-the-box thinker who seeks solutions even if the pursuit takes her away from the general orthodoxy and established protocol for care. Both telltale signs of an excellent doctor. You can rest assured knowing that Dr. Anugu is going to provide you with the best conceivable care a pup could ever need.
I have been a client for a long time and they cared for two of my dogs. Both dogs have been diagnosed with cancer and the vet and staff treated us with great consideration and kindness. I was particularly impressed with the woman working front office yesterday afternoon. She was super busy checking people in and out and answering phones but never got flustered and treated everyone well. I like the Wellness plans, too.
This is a great place. I take both my pets here. The staff is friendly and are very helpful if you have questions
