We're concerned about what's happening at our local Banfield in MHC. A few weeks ago we had a teeth cleaning canceled for our pet because a veterinarian was out of the office. My wife sent an email requesting the appointment be rescheduled as soon as possible. She got a response and a call today confirming the appointment. When I took our pet to get treatment I was told they did not have her down for that procedure. We've tried to call to discuss but aren't able to reach anyone. We understand challenges with staffing but hopefully whatever is going on we'll be rectified shortly.
Staff is well trained and helpful with all your needs. My special girl had teeth pulled, and they treated her as if she was their own. Highly recommend them and the insurance. The insurance saved me well over $800 for all her procedures and medications. Appreciate all of you there for your hard work, love, and care.
They do a good job when I go but they NEVER answer the phone. my dog was going to be transferred from the pet hospital but since they never answered I had to go to a different vet. I miss appointments because they don’t give me reminder and when I try to call THEY NEVER ANSWER!
Great for routine visits and were very quick to check on our injured pup and give her what she needed to mend.

From checking in with Donet when we got there to Lindsey the assistant right on to the vet Dr. Bailey they were all great! They got right down on Abbey's level on the floor and made her feel like they cared. Lindsey was awesome. I think Abbey has a new bestfriend. We are making this our primary vet office now. Bye bye Jacksonville Banfield.
Super unreliable. Always an issue to get them on the phone, multiple days to approve medication with my dogs pharmacy.
They are always very polite, treat my 2 babies very well n they keep you posted as to what's going on n what they may or may not have to do. They give you an estimated price for visit so you don't get shocked when it's time to collect your baby! We love Banfield!
We are from Midlothian Virginia and we're traveling at Beaufort North Carolina when our dog nacho hurt himself running on the beach. The North Carolina location was able to get him in the next day through x-rays and give him great personal treatment! Now his doctor here and Midlothian has all the records of his treatment. That's one of the many reasons I like using Banfield pet hospital!
Wonderful veternarian and assistants. They took answered all my questions and I had a lot of them, was great with our dog, and reasonably priced. We will definitely going back.
