Hello, my name is Hanae. I dealt with Mrs. Claudia Hanna. She helped me a lot. She is very wonderful, humble, and provides the best service. I chose her to be with me always in my banking consultations. She is wonderful in the truest sense of the word. Thank you very much.
I was in Awe! First, while standing in line. I arrived 5 minutes before closing My Apologies Reggie was ALL smiles. As if he was hosting a fun event! There were, maybe 5 people ahead of me. The reason for my visit was, to show my ID to someone. There was an issue with my new card. I turned and noticed Heather, at her desk, finishing up with a client. I wanted to ask about the process and return the next day. She asked, how may I help? I hurried and explained. Heather said have a seat!!! It’s 5 o’clock! End of the day! We called the customer service line. And was on hold for a very long time. I apologized. I felt so bad. She said no worries! Afterwards, Souraya had finished with a client. Heather explained the situation to her, and asked me to continue to hold for a representative. Souraya says that department doesn’t close until 8 p.m. Someone will pick up. I’m sitting at her desk. Knowing they must want to end their day. I said I will come back tomorrow. Souraya kindly said, I got a feeling. As soon as you hang up, someone’s going to answer! So we waited. Their behaviors/attitudes made me forget it was their quitting time. I’ve seen and had great customer service before. I’ve never seen anything like this! I’d like to add Cathy to this review. The next day, I had to return. Cathy, cheerfully took care of me quickly! She also offered other products. One that I truly need.
Claudia was amazing. She answered any question I had at her full potential and assisted with all of my needs. Amazing work Claudia!
