I've always used my Kroger Pharmacy so when I moved last year near this location, I switched all of my prescriptions. I don't know why, but at this location I stopped receiving text notifications for when my order is ready. I brought this up to the pharmacy each time, but they've never been able to fix it. I don't know if this is their issue, or an issue with all Kroger pharmacies that just happened to begin when I switched. Additionally, it usually takes multiple days from when my order is made to when it's ready. I'll often go there 3 or 4 days after an order and it still isn't ready. This is the issue that prompted my negative review. I don't know what's normal, but my past pharmacy had my prescriptions filled within 24 hours. I'm on day 3 waiting on my current prescription. It would be better if I could count on getting a notification when they are filled, but as I said, that system doesn't work either. So instead I have to call and deal with the annoying phone system. When I want to talk with a pharmacist to ask why there's a hold up, it often goes to VM. I've now switched to a new pharmacist starting today.
Horrible! Takes days to get prescriptions. Kroger app all of a sudden took off the pharmacy feature so you can’t even order or look at your prescriptions to know the status. They never answer phone. There are 2 nice pharmacist ladies that have been there yrs. I feel sorry for them they are worked too death!!!
Don't come to this pharmacy. Incompetency is an understatement. If you have a script for something monthly, they will never have it ready on time. You will have to call every month and remind them as if you're a new customer every month.
Pharmacist was borderline rude and condescending on a script for my pet. Gave me 20 minutes of hassle over it and freaked out that I asked her to have my script ready in 45 minutes while I shopped on my lunch break. All she needed to do was reconstitute a bottle of antibiotics. Something I do for my clients nearly daily-and takes less than 5 minutes. After all her freaking out they didn't even have the meds I needed. So I willingly went to Costco to fill it. Cost a few more bucks but got 0 hassle. Worth it!
The worst pharmacy ever. I was served by a small young girl who is very rude and no patient . Kinda rude about it too. Manager, please see all comments. Your shop will be closed if still same.

This is a great store! They acknowledge good customer service and the area it is in. Very upscale mentality!
Fast friendly help with more than just prescription drugs.
