Worst branch and pathetic service.. I went multiple times for opening an account for my wife, every time they said the banker is busy for entire day and no appointments available. You are referring me as preferred customer and giving such kind of service, it’s pathetic. I will better go to chase/pnc/wells
Everyone in this location is a Joy to See!!! Always so Friendly!!!! Samara is Litterly is the Best!!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!! By far the best banking experience I have ever had. Takes the stress out of waiting in line. The entire staff here makes you feel like family.
I do not, nor have I ever banked here. I had to come cash a check with the business issuing my check being Bank of America. There were 5 people in line inside when I got there. There were two tellers, with one not able to take customers half the time. I waited almost 30 minutes in line, which was semi difficult, as I have back issues and standing that long hurts. That is my only complaint. Staff was extremely professional and curteous. I needed to use the restroom when I left, to which an employee unlocked the employee restroom, as the guest one was out of order. I was very appreciative of this kind gesture. Overall, very impressed with them. The time of the wait would be the only issue keeping me from ever considering banking here. I don't always have time like that to wait. Thanks to the staff for their extreme professionalism.
Not the best experience, but not the worst either. One teller and two other ladies just walking around getting nothing done, except greeting folks. The automated service is not my forte. I enjoy speaking to a real person, if I have to come into the banking center for my transaction. I hope they can get some more efficient process to get folks in and out and make us not think the others are getting nothing done.
Nancy is absolutely amazing. I don’t come into the banking center often but when I do I will definitely be requesting her. She is patient and have a beautiful personality. Great customer service.
I typically do not write reviews, but I could not allow myself to just accept what happened to me today at this BofA location. I am a BofA account holder so I go in to get a certified check by using a cash advance transaction. I had already been to another location earlier this morning and could not get the check because of an issue with my primary bank which isn't BofA. That issue was resolved with my primary bank and I was told by the first BofA that I can now go to another BofA to receive the check since their system had blocked the transaction because of the earlier issue with my primary bank. So, I go to BofA number two and proceed to process the cash advance/ certified check. The Teller starts the transaction but then calls for the manager. The manager tells me that they cannot proceed with my transaction because BofA has a $4,000 limit on cash advances/certified checks. I know this is NOT TRUE so I tell the manager that BofA number one said there wasn't a limit on their end for this transaction, but the issue was the limit with my primary bank - which has now been resolved/increased so I should have no problem moving forward with this transaction. BofA manager number two is adamant and continues to deny me service. I ask if he can just try to process it and see what happens; he refuses and I leave BofA number two. NEXT, I go to BofA number three. The Teller processes the cash advance/ certified check with no problem and no major questions asked. Not once did she mention a limit and not once did she hesitate to process my request. BofA location number two denied processing my transaction- why? The manager lied and refused to provide service to me - why? Was it because I didn't have the funds needed- No. Was it because I wasn't a BofA customer- No. Was it because my request was against Bank policy- No. Or was it because he looked at me and assumed I was trying to do something fraudulent? If the latter, he needs to be held accountable as this is unacceptable BofA. I will not let this be ignored as it will happen again and again.
The company I work for does our Business here unfortunately. The tellers are all great except for Kathy who is usually rude when we do our deposits. The greeter and Kathy always hound us to do night deposit even though we have told them numerous times our Corporate office does not want us to or allow us to do night deposits for accounting/receipt purposes. They get rude with us when we tell this to them. They seem annoyed that they have to do their job by taking our Money how hard. I would go elsewhere if I could, but this is who our company uses, hopefully you don't!
Top notch service. Greeted at the door and no wait with 2 tellers.
Upon entering, There was an extremely long line and one teller. I needed to deposit money into someone else’s account which after standing in line for 8min I was informed that I could only deposit a money order or check. After returning with a money order the line stood with with 10 people and still only one teller. Each person taking approximately 4-5min. Reaching the window I had to wait an additional 8min bc the teller was making transactions for co workers in the offices. This location needs more help and better functionality.
There were about double employees in the branch than customers. As most of the free ones chatted it up on the corner with the supervisor, I sat in the lobby for about 8 minutes before anyone said hello other than the teller so I just sat there and listened to their personal conversation. The teller couldn't help and I really needed the replacement card - if not I would've left. Smh Mary was nice once she finished with her customer and quickly helped.
