Don't even try calling this location with any questions. You can call right when they open and you'll still get a message that everyone is assisting other customers and never get ahold of anyone. When you go in, be prepared for a long line and to be told you could have just called in for what you're doing and saved a trip to the bank.

I went to this branch to make a withdrawal and I forgot my debit card the women over the counter was so mean and rude to me, I went to the manger to get some help one lady came and told me that they’re short with staffing really I wish I have a job like that oh BTW we’re short we can’t see you today so I can’t see the manager but she gave me to options which is ok I did what exactly she told me to do and I went to the different person over the counter however the previous women keep telling the other guys he can’t do it and I have to wait even if she has a customer with her. I tried to close my account and get my money but they told me they don’t accept walking!
Hours, they seem to be changing and yet when I and others show up to your front doors there is no signage telling us of changes. You went from a Google Business listing showing Tuesday/Wednesday a week ago and then after the last time I checked to closures now being Thursday/Friday. What is it, or better yet, when? Are you closing down this branch, do you have staffing issues, do I need to go over to the South Center Mall location from now on. So many questions yet no one to answer them as I might show up on Monday and your hours might have changed yet again. Paul
Poor inaccurate service, almost non existent from most C/S reps. Very difficult dealing with this branch, the only highlight has been the manager who seems very professional, customer service oriented, but I believe that the policies of this bank are going to force me to move my moneys elsewhere as other large banks and credit unions do a much much better more accurate job of trying to keep the family business
This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Long lines and usually will take almost 30 minutes to complete a transaction at the teller. During their busy hours which is around lunch time, there are only 2 tellers available.
Had a bit of a wait but well worth it. I had a specifc transaction to conduct that I need to deal with Harmeet, the Operations Manager. She was smart, friendly, and very organized. Couldn't have been more impressed with her service.

Good customer service, but this location is way understaffed, thus, causing a lot of the long lines and crowdiness here. Stick to getting your banking done through the ATM as often as you can and you can avoid these types of problems.
Posted 1 star only because there is no way to post any LOWER rate! Came here to turn a check made on this institution, into a cashier's check since you guts can verify the funds and I can avoid any holds or delays once I deposit into my institution. First I had to wait for almost an hour in line for a teller. It turns out the greeter missed me in line and didnt greet me which would have helped me avoid getting to the teller line and be told that sosomeone else has to verify the check. After the funds were verified, I was then turned down by the Manager, Jose. He said the due to the amount of the check they had to refer me to my banking institution. That defeats the purpose of my visit to verify the account and turn the check into a cashier's check... Ridiculous!!! I will forward this to an attorney!!!
