I just entered this bank location a few minutes ago and I am just overwhelmed by the poor customer service here. I was greeted at the entrance by the rudest, coldest and most unprofessional customer service person ever. Do better bank of america! This location is in desperate need of training and/or re-training, or perhaps just better management at the least.
I went there for a simple wire transfer. The average time for this should be 5-10 minutes, based on my experience with other banks. But this time I spent total of 45 minutes! And there were only 4 or five customers! Waiting time is about 25 minutes ,then 15 minutes of processing wire transfer , then 5 minutes to hear their promotional product . However ,the young girl that helped me is very sweet. While i was waiting, I "overheard" this loud Chinese speaking male employee chit chatting with his client, taking all the sweet time : if all employees here is as chatty as him, the waiting time would be at least an hour at slow time.
I’ve had a not so good experience 2 years ago but they really improved their services!!!! My last two visits in 2021 were awesome. We have to understand that it is a busy branch. It can be packed in the morning. You will be taken care of no matter what. 5 star service, no doubts.
I was helped by a Steven & a Peter C., they were very helpful as well as accommodating. I can't express enough how nice it is to have helpful , happy, polite people assisting you in matters that are complicated & difficult already. Thank you so much. I appreciate you so much. You've made my experience extremely pleasant.
Jennifer helped me regarding my credit card and was excellent, I would give them 4 or 5 stars for banker service but teller service was slow and tedious. Line of up to 13 customers whereas chase goes through customers instantly.
This has to be the worse bank I’ve ever dealt with. It’s literally the Micky Mouse of banks. I was told things that were not true when opening the account. Then when I made a deposit through the ATM, at no time did it say there would be a hold on my check. It prints it on your receipt, and at that point it’s too late to cancel. The transaction is completed. I mean come on, I could go to Wal-Mart which is in the same parking lot and just cash it. Why would I even mess around with this bank. The Chase bank ATM let’s you know there will be a hold placed and allows you to either continue or cancel the transaction. BofA obviously does not have upgraded equipment to allow this, or just does not want to pay for the service. I’m still waiting for my deposit to clear since the 5th! This bank just sucks!
Went in just to get a temporary card. Took them so long! And to top it off the lady that came to help started chatting with a customer that was leaving and then helped someone that came in after me. I'll try to avoid this bank even if I have to drive further!
I opened my savings account with BoA and asked my relationship manager to apply for my ATM card as well. After waiting for about 4 weeks, i called customer services after which i got know about my relationship manager had not applied for my ATM card at all. Such a disgusting experience, it was!! Had i know about their performance, i would have never opened my account in this branch
This is the WORST Bank. Their Customers Service is HORRIBLE! It doesn’t matter how long the lines are, they only have one line open for consumers. The staff is also rude and unprofessional.
They deserve only one star because they are not willing to help you when you go there, Specially their asian staff is very slow and not show their willingness to help you and understand you in a first place. Hard to understand and slow working staff.
