Security doesn’t care about customers safety only what’s on his personal phone.

They dont respect to customer Do not go there They don't even listen to customer The first thing they say is schedule an appointment !!!! No one cares about customer satisfaction

Worst customer service I've ever seen at a B of A  and excuse it's always that People called in sick If we go every day the manager will tell you same thing every single day... one taller for 50 Customers in line

Worst banker. They don’t care how many customers are sitting and waiting there. They just pretend working, but they don’t. They make some clients angry and they left. I was waiting to update something. It took just 5 minutes, but I was waiting for 2:30 hours. I saw on banker just care about client with same language, but they came in 2 hours later than us. Never go there and never waste time.

long lines.  everything works very slowly you will need to spend the whole day here… it is better not to go here

This is for Nancy! She has been my cashier for most of my cashier checks and she has such a gentle free flowing spirit with me every time! Perky and light, I love her customer service & how kind and thorough she is, always ready after every guest and the best nails  Thanks girl! You making paying rent so much better!! Haha! This 5-Star review is for the excellent Customer Service I received from Mayra, and not B Of A.  Seems like I got lucky, usually I have to write my name on a list and have to wait.  But this time I was greeted nicely by Mayra as soon as I walked in towards the waiting area.  She was very helpful and processed my request very efficiently.  A+

Might be the slowest bank west of the Mississippi. Always long lines and only 2 bankers to help need way more staff and better time management
