So far I've had great experiences at this branch. I opened a checking and savings account and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
I have always heard mixed reviews about this branch and location and the bank itself.. I decided to go in today to try and open an account and possibly cash a check. I called early this am when they opened. After reading the reviews written below I'm not surprised. Shayna was VERY rude and embarrassed me. She shook her head and immediately gave me an attitude that check wasn't for this bank and if I don't have an account she refused to help me. I'm so glad I don't have an account here and I'm not looking forward to opening one anymore. I unfortunately didn't get tellers name who I spoke with this morning but I wont forget how Shayna made me fell. I wasn't aware of policy and she didn't have to be so condescending and rude. Staff is very unprofessional and I'm surprised this branch is still opened. I wont ever come back here or think about opening an account or money in a bank that doesn't value customer service. Also wanted to make a note here she was frustrated with customer before me. and was talking about him to co worker before helping me and I did not catch her name. Hope management is pleased with staff. I asked her why she was giving an attitude she got red and said she wasn't. Tried to call branch back to make a formal complaint and kept getting hung up on. Worst branch and bank ever award goes too!!
I have been here only to get quarters, and it's atleast 25minutes standing in line. They should get better management.
Very rude staff who are not going out of their way to be helpful. After visiting this branch, I really want to change banks. I was already aware of BoAs negative impacts on our economy and bad business practices. But it is just so damn convenient. Sadly this is the only one in the city that actually employs people, and they are so rude it might incur rage.
ATM’s are out of service frequently, sometimes it won’t even allow you to make a deposit, like really tried depositing with the app, n refuses bc of not getting a good picture of the check, when it looks completely perfect. They really need to update on those ATM’s, they are SO SLOW!!! And you have to make an appointment even for the smallest little thing you need help with.
This branch was very unprofessional with me. I went in at 9am when they opened to close a cd. The women took my info and promised me she would look into this and call me shortly. I asked if I should just make an appointment and she insisted on just calling me later. Surprise surprise I never got that call. Now a few days later I just went to Raynham 10 minutes before they closed and they took me with no appointment and did all the research right then that the other branch wanted to call me back for. After confirming everything they closed out my CD as I asked and they were very polite and helpful. Bottom line don't go here!!!
Awful service. I don't even know why they have any employees in the branch at this point. It's allessentially automated. Almost everything is done via the atm machine now, god forbid you have to talk to a teller you'll wait in line all day. Managers are very unhelpful, if you have any issues you'll be told to call customer service or go into the banking app and figure it out. I'll be ending my relationship with BOA and moving my money elsewhere after using them for 10 years. This bank is a joke.
Don't attempt to go here on a Saturday! Line was so long, they require an appointment. What is a working person to do when they don't provide convenient hours??? There are no other branches open!!! The final straw was, the guy in the front was extremely rude, and told me to go stand in line for counter service, who then rerouted me back to him. Thank for wasting my time for nothing!.
The branches in the South coast area of Massachusetts don't belong running these branches. It horrible service Shuts down 5 to 10 minutes before closing not to add in Fall River it's been Pleasant st for the last yr and Now, I rush to This location for Manager to be declining entrance at 12:50pm with little line. A little upsetting
This was the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. I went there and was greeted by Idizinho Vaz. I told him the reason I was there. He stated he understood. He then continued to tell me he would bring it to the Financial Center Manager Dana Maxim female. He came back and told me that there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak with Dana Maxim. He told me she was busy and I would need to wait 45 minutes. When I told him I would wait, he seemed to be surprised. 45 minutes passed and I noticed Dana Maxim walk by me. I asked her if she is almost ready to assist me. She looked at me with a dirty look and continue to walk away. I then got her attention again. I informed her I been waiting to speak with her for 45 minutes. She told me in an arrogant tone " I do not talk to customers". I asked her why? She told me," I am going to lunch and don't have time for you". She then directed another staff member by the name of Molly Rioidan to assist me. At this point I was annoyed. She sat me down and continue to tell me they cannot help me. This was the worse banking experience I have ever been a part of. I am currently looking to switch banks due to this. Nobody deserves to be treated the way I did.
