This branch is always closed or understaff. I live nearby and have to drive 20 mins to go another branch for competent assistance. Just close the branch at this location If you do not plan to start it properly.
Beyond absurd experience at this bank. I made it in line 10 minutes before 4pm 10 mins before their already-limited banking hours. Still in line at 4:01pm and Derek refused to allow me to execute my transaction because it was after close or he was late for a hair appointment, who knows?. Such poor customer service and I left extremely dissatisfied. Will be taking my banking elsewhere.
MY favorite Bank ,I have been with them for more than 10 years, Always satisfied with their Good services. Employees at Nokomis... always willing to help you!
Lovely tellers and two wonderful bankers inside. Would recommend taking the time to sit down with Beatriz Helena or Alejandra. They helped me get the most out of Bank of America, and even made some money off a credit card while I was there! best 25 mins of my life.
Horrible bank!!! Do not go here, spend the extra well worth it time to go to the one on beneva and 41. The girl with dark hair and an accent is extremely rude. She told a customer to switch to another bank if they have a problem and didn’t try and solve the simple problem out.. the concern for customer satisfaction is slim to none. Also super long wait times and understaffed
Awful customer care and customer service. Constantly understaffed. Its like they send me on breaks during their peak hours. They close the drive-through service often bc of this. I have waited more than 20 minutes just to get service inside. The ATM is constantly malfunctioning doesn't return card, won;t print receipts, etc.. I tried speaking with the branch manager who is apathetic at best. The entire place needs customer service training. They're honestly awful.
I was in line behind an irritated customer who didn’t even bank there, the people who work here handled everything very professionally even making sure to come back in line and make sure I was alright ! Even saving me money on an account I forgot I had.. as well as showing me how to use my new phone.. it’s not every day young people take their time to help the old generation out.
I gave the associated code for identification, she typed in incorrectly, and tell me she can’t get access to, there is nothing she can do, even tho she had cash in her hand already, and she forgot what code she inputted, not going to name her, but never again
This place literally is the worst bank ever. I waited forever to get a temporary debit card because they kept taking people who walked in after me. Not to mention the staff was too busy chatting with each other to worry about the 5 people waiting.
Worst bank of her, spent 15 minutes waiting in the lobby because they open at 9 AM along with a bunch of other people. By the way, they open whenever they feel like
