I came to set up an account for the first time. I am European and I had many questions as this was a first for me in America. I was received by Allison and the service was perfect, beyond my expectations. She took the time to explain everything to me, she was very patient and I left the place very satisfied. I recommend the Billerica Bank of America and Allison without a doubt. Thank you for your help!!
Made an appointment to set up an account for 10:30. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes I just left. I sat there for a half hour without one staff member saying we'll be with you shortly or sorry for the wait. This branch is a mess I wish I paid attention to the other poor reviews. Don't go here if you work for a living or value your time.
I found the service to be exceptional. I anticipated a long wait time but I was surprised by how little time I spent waiting. The people were very helpful, smiley, and competent. A lot of parking space. The downsize is that it's a small place and only one indoor ATM. But they have drive through. Pleased. I'll have this BoA be my new branch!
This place should not even be called bank of America!! People at this location simply don't like to work... It's a shame that we unfotunelly need to rely on them and they are NEVER there when we need the most We should gather all this UNSATISFIED costumers and put a multual sue under this place.. we can't accept to get neglected that way anymore. Maybe when we reach THEIR pockets they will pay attention to the HORRIBLE service hours, staff, management this place possess...
Worst customer service. I went through the drive-through to deposit cash. During my transaction the ATM died. The machine kept my card and took my cash but never finished the transaction. During this time a kind woman walking into the lobby said she would inform the bank manager. That woman came out several minutes later and said the manager said they'd be right out. I was sitting in my car. I wasn't sure if the machine would kick on with my account open. At least another 15 minutes goes by and no one comes out so I left my car there and went inside. NOBODY was in the lobby except an employee standing in the lobby. And I assumed to be, the branch manager in his glass walled office. I mentioned that I was waiting outside but nobody came out. They knew I was sitting there not sure what to do. No acknowledgement. I was told I need to call the ATM people. The number on the machine. I told them that I called while outside and sat on hold for 10 minutes but was on hold with no answer. They said the ATM machine has nothing to do with them. I explained about my card and my cash deposit that I was worried that it wouldn't get credited. AND HERE'S THE THING... when I wanted more information about my deposit the employee said the internet was down and she couldn't help me. As she says this two customers come in and go to the teller and the teller pulls up the customers account and gives her money. At this time, it was noticeable that I was about to call her out on being lied to about the internet still being down. Just then she turns and gets the bank manager's attention. He calls me over and already has my account pulled up what do you know, I was told the internet was down. They look at my account and say 'my deposit isn't there'. They tell me again to call the number on the ATM. They can't help me. BUT then also ask me if I have the BOA mobile app on phone. I said no, they said if I call that number my service will be much faster. But only if I use the app. So I said oh so general people get slower service. They both said yes. *The phone number on the ATM they wanted me to call and the ATM mobile app are 2 different businesses! They made NO sense. They were telling me I had to call the ATM business not BOA. I asked for a better number than what was on the machine. They said, nope call that one. I got home. Called and the message said: "If the ATM took your card call the organization that gave it to you"... I attempted to call the BILLERICA branch back several times but no answer. I called another number that I found via Google and after being transferred around I'm finally getting a new debit card in several business days. This is fine. However my cash will be deposited tomorrow and if anything bounces today because of no deposit. That's on me. I already use another bank down the road Northern Bank and Trust. I'll be moving all my three BOA accounts over to them. Bank of America BILLERICA, you have the worst customer service. Once, it can happen. This is NOT my first time or second. I should have written reviews then so this is why I am now. Having customers is a privilege. You don't seem to understand this.
Can't get into my account. Called the number it told me to. They tell me I have to visit my branch. I go there and the doors locked and no one's working online says open now I understand places are short staffed. But how am I suppose to verify who I am if they can't even be open. I'm about to say screw it and go somewhere else. this was also a Friday at 11am- Fridays should be a day they are open!
Great branch! Staff here are super helpful and take the time to answer any concerns or issues.
I love BOA but this branch is lousy they put the L in lousy never open no one picks calls. So I think y'all should close the branch since we can't rely on you anymore.
I have always found the staff at this office to be very helpful. I don't understand how people can complain that the bank is busy sometimes. How much staff do they expect a small branch to have. I think it is great they let you make an appointment.
They ask too many questions for a simple deposit. They are short staff in all the branches. Should have more help so they can ask their 101 questions. They so loud too so the other customers can hear.
