Doesn't have a dressing room anymore, wouldn't mind it if they hadn't raised the prices too. $5.99 for a pair of pants that you don't know will fit you or not, and a shirt for $4.99 that you can't try on to see if it looks nice on before you buy it. I would just buy them and try them on at home and bring back what doesn't fit/ look nice, but they have a no return policy, so once you take it out if the store it's yours whether you want it or not, disappointing. I liked St vinny's because they donate most of their profits back to charities, but sadly I probably won't be coming back.
I just swung by to make a donation, and the lady I first spoke to was incredibly rude and disheartening. I am donating my items for free for your organization to sell and make money off of, and you make me feel bad? She was glaring at me when I pulled in. I asked if I could make a donation. She said, "i guess," then told me they weren't set up yet and it wasn't 10 yet. It was actually 10:02 when I pulled in. She acted and spoke like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life. I understand you might be having a bad morning, but stay inside or figure your attitude out. It felt terrible to be treated like an inconvenience when I was trying to do something nice. I literally drove away wanting to cry. The second lady I spoke to was much nicer, but I threw my stuff in a cart and got out of there quickly at that point.
I called the Everett store to inquire about their queen size mattresses. My first attempt I was hung up on. My second attempt was just as disheartening as the associate whom answered the phone could not or rather would not listen or comprehend my simple inquiry on whether the store had any queen size mattress only mattresses and how much would it cost. I had to rephrase my question several times to be told that the store didn't have any in stock. Please if your associates have difficulty in answering the phone and or answering inquires DON'T HAVE THAT ASSOCIATE ANSWER THE PHONE. PLEEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE
All clothing on sundays is a dollar! And the blue tag items will soon no longer be separately priced! The staff here has always been super friendly, the only drawback is it gets crowded and the line can be backed up at times on Sundays and I miss the Annex! Bring back the annex, it was so cool and had awesome memorabilia and music collectibles, The general pricing for non clothing items is pretty decent. Love this place for the clothes. But get there early or youll be sorry!
Wow! If you need durable medical equipment, even just for guests, like my MIL visit, this is the place to go! I got a cane, commode and wheelchair for $70!
Really like this thrift store They have fair prices and a little bit of every thing.I always leave with something. Last time it was black leather gloves. Just love them.
Always a good variety here and super reasonable clothing prices, unlike many bigger chain thrift stores. A real treasure hunt!
I will never set foot in any other thrift store ever again! Great deals and chill workers.
This is generally a good thrift store, as far as prices, organization and cleanliness. However, employees and management don't care at all about the well being of the customers, or perhaps I should say they only care about certain customers. I was in the store today. The person in line ahead of me had a medium sized dog, on a leash. The dog growled at me, despite the fact I was more than 6 feet away. Then the dog barked at me. Finally, the dog lunged at me while growling. The owner did nothing except say "no" to the dog. I was alarmed, it was frightening. At the checkout, I asked the clerk why aggressive dogs were allowed in the store. She responded it was nothing to do with her, she didn't make the policy. I said I understood that, but it had frightened me. She said it was policy. She called the manager over. I repeated my concern. The manager asked "did it actually bite you? “. I replied, no, it just frightened me. She said people needed them for emotional support, so it was allowed if the dog was on a leash. I asked "what about my emotional support?“. She said it didn't bite me so it was fine. Both the clerk and the manager expressed zero empathy or sympathy for my feelings or well being in any way. The message I recieved loud and clear is that the rights and comfort of people who bring animals into the store with them matter a LOT, but the rights of all the other customers don't matter at all.
I stopped at the thrift store today 7 13 22 the place was so hot it was not enjoyable to even look around the store. It was very dirty and the things that I did look out before I left were very very overpriced.
