Gone downhill. This used to be the best bank in Everett and now the ATM is broken every time I go to use it. Thursday i had to drive to 4 locations before I found a working ATM.
The best location in terms of staff. They truly care about customers and do extra steps to help your business and address the issues.
They have great rates on CD's, excellent checking options and excellent customer service. They are civic minded and sponsor an Unlimited Hydroplane! They rock!
Terrible people work there. ATM is never working - Customer Support only M-F until 5 p.m.
Very bad customer service and the lady’s there are very rude and rubs me the wrong way, I prefer the marysville homestreet bank instead.
Branch manager Marilyn should get retired, she has poor communication and poor service
