Love Bank of Clark! Everyone at the Ashburn branch is friendly and helpful. Judy has help me with several personal and professional banking matters. I highly recommend this branch & bank!

I called them in advance before I go there to cash a check. They said it is fine to go there and cash the check, and get a cashiers check instead of the money. I got there and they told me they can not cash a check and give me a cashier check for it. This is the most awful bank I have ever been in touch with. When I ask why you can not give me a cashier check, they say "per policy". Then why you speak something else on the phone when it is against the policy?!

Been locked out of my account three times this year because they suspected fraud from an ATM. No notice, no phone call, no text, no email. They just wait for you to not be able to get cash and call them, but only during working hours. The customer service line isn't operating so you are stuck without cash.

These team working very well and resolve all my requests quickly and successfully.

Bank will shut off all access to account and not pick up the phone I suspect the bank is falling and running an exit scam

The cute new latino boy helped me out very quickly. That accent got me saving with a low interest account in seconds. Will bank again.
