I am a first time home buyer and I could not recommend BOE anymore! I worked with Aubra and she was incredibly attentive and patient as I asked so many questions! They also use an app that clearly shows what step of the process you are on and what you need to do to complete the step. 20/10 would recommend!!!

I wanted to share a truly amazing experience I had with Zach Buchman and BOE. I was working with another mortgage company for about 6 months and had reiterated a few key things to them. I had assumed they listened and had made sure these items were taken care of. Well fast forward 6 months, we finally find our house and in a hot market needed to move fast, we had no contingencies to make it easier for everyone involved. Weeeeellllll we were wrong and found out at the last minute that the mortgage company didn’t follow a single thing we asked for and we were in real trouble of losing the perfect house that we searched for for 6 months. In a last stitch effort I reached out to a gentleman I knew was in the mortgage business and had his stuff together…needless to say Zach and his Team at BOE came in like super heroes and had a preapproval ready for us in less than a week so we didn’t lose our house. The process was easy and smooth and we closed on time. No worries after Zach took over and it truly changed our lives. It changed our lives because at this time rates were starting to go crazy and had he not saved us we may not have been able to get such a gorgeous house! So Zach Buchman, you really are a super hero to my family and all I can say is Thank you!
