I thought buying a suit for a wedding couldn’t get worse than Men’s Warehouse. Wow was I wrong. This experience was the worst retail experience I’ve ever had by a long shot. I was sent away 2 times because they were too busy for me. I then made an appointment in which they didn’t get me in until nearly an hour later. The new employee I had threw me in the first suit he found and told me it was good enough. It was horribly oversized 1. Because he only gave me one size to get , and 2. Because Jos A Bank does not make clothing meant for the athletic, muscular build. I tried to get some rescue from the manager but he was also condescending and rude to me and my wife, as well as other customers. If it weren’t for it being my buddies wedding, I would have left. I feel it goes without saying, but I will not be returning.
Very disappointed with this location for multiple reasons. Firstly, my rental arrived with an unwearable shirt, that despite being thoroughly measured, came too short in the length and sleeves. I was told “there’s nothing we can do”. My pants were almost 6 inches too short, and needed to be corrected. And one of the cuff links I was supposed to wear was broken. That was Tuesday, they said they’ll correct the issues other than the shirt by Thursday. I leave work early to have time to make sure that things are ok with the rental. Wedding is on Saturday. The store closed early at 3pm…due to lack of staff. What a joke, the stress and anxiety, plus the time off work I took was aggravating. I come back Friday morning at opening, grab my suit, make sure everything fits. Cufflink was never repaired. I didn’t have a single issue at Men’s Wearhouse, which is ironically owned by the same company. So don’t waste your time, and go there. Plus the rental was way overpriced. Could have gotten the same thing, for a hundred dollars less at Men’s Wearhouse. And had more options to drop off the rental.
First time wedding suit buyer here. Today i went in to get a suit for a wedding coming up in august. I was super last minute about it and didnt know what to expect. After reading some reviews here i was skeptical but it turned out to be super easy and quick. Lionel helped me with my entire wedding outfit. He wasnt pushy at all, listened to what my preferences were, and we went on from there. I was really dreading buying this suit because it was my first wedding ever and he made me feel confident and instead of trying to sell me on a bunch of mumbo jumbo, he actually listened and found each piece tailored to my exact needs. I was expecting a used car salesman but got someone who genuinely cared about their job and the customer they're helping. Thanks for making this experience less stressful, Lionel.
So sorry to have interrupted the Packer game the staff was watching. The young man who was restocking the shelves was very put out when we asked for Assistance. Simply pointed to a tack And told us to look there. No customer service at all. Will not return.
Dear God, this place is a mess. My friends and I are supposed to be groomsmen in an upcoming wedding and our interaction with this location was unorganized to say the least. We went to this location in mid February asking to conduct measurements and get fitted for our tuxedos at noon on a Sunday. The greeter told us they were short staffed, did not have enough time, and that if we came back after getting some lunch they would be able to measure us. We came back after lunch that same day to the same greeter telling us that after further review they could not get us fitted, but that we could get measured and come back to get fitted at a later time. He later conducted the measurements and gave us the sheets to bring back when we are to get fitted. And this is where the fun began. On a Sunday in mid March while the business was open, I called to reserve a fitting time sometime later that week. No one picked up the phone and I left a voicemail for them with a callback number. On Monday the next day I registered via email for a fitting for my friends at 6pm on Tuesday, to which I received a confirmation email. On Tuesday at 5:30pm I entered the store and talked to the same greeter that fitted my friends in mid-February to see if the everything was good to go for the 6pm fitting. The greeter rolled their eyes and replied "Yeah. Sure.", showing skepticism that I made any reservation even after I showed him the email confirmation. When my friends arrived and we all entered the store, the same greeter that fitted my friends in mid-Februrary refused to acknowledge any reservation made and refused to acknowledge that we had ever been to that store before. The greeter even went to the extent to say "I've never seen these men before in my life" and then immediately recognized his own handwriting from the measurement forms and said "Ah yes *Friend's name* welcome back". He then said there was not enough tailors within the store and that we would have to come back later that night. So after 3 stops within the store, hours of driving, and 3 hours wasted waiting to get fitted, we finally were fitted in 15 minutes by the store manager. The lack of communication and active gaslighting by the staff of this establishment is the perfect explanation as to why there are only one of these stores in Wisconsin. If you want better ratings have a phone number that works.
Tried visiting "the Warehouse" and the service was awful...came over to "the Bank" and was welcomed with low, no pressure, high-level service. Managed to find the suit I wanted with some pieces on clearance...needless to say Jos A Bank saved the day! Thank you for your service.
Incredibly knowledgeable sales people who helped my lanky looking butt find a perfect suit coat and matching pants for an affordable price. I highly recommend it.
Had an issue with a pair of pants I had made up but Lionel and the whole team were very helpful with the whole process and then some. Would highly recommend the team.
We got all of our wedding party suits here, and the staff worked to get all 8 guys fitted as quickly as possible. Some pieces needed to be ordered and tailored but were overall done in a timely manner! Everything looked at fit perfectly. We were all in on multiple occasions and our only complaint was that one of the employees was a bit rude/crabby.
Was there on a Sunday and had an awesome experience. Diane, helped me pick out a great suit very quickly. I will definitely be coming back.
