Customer service is awful! Their representatives are ghetto and unprofessional. All I’m trying to pay my car payment and representative locked my account because I didn’t know the exact day I bought my car loan after being with them for 43 months.
BMO Harris Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their customer service people are inept, as well as evasive, and often have given me wrong or contradictory information concerning a large CD. They also make it difficult to transfer funds OUT of their bank to another institution. It has been very difficult to connect with anyone who can deal with an information request....placed on long holds so they can "research" answers to basic questions. Lastly, this is only bank I know of that prevents an account holder from printing a statement of their account on line or otherwise obtaining one on demand, other than once per year. Never do business with BMOHarris! I won't make mistake again.
I would only give one star but the one girl I finally got to talk to was kind but I’ve tried calling this bank multiple times because I sent them a paper I needed to get my title due to moving states The time I called today I was hung up on after waiting almost 45 minutes and I have a court date tomorrow and haven’t heard a word from them in a week… it’s insane
This not a "banking" branch. According to them, they are a wealth management place. Would have been nice to know before we drove 30 mins to get to them.
If it were possible I would gave this bank 0 stars. Extremely bad consumer service.
Sorry but I would never recommend this bank or anything related to BMO Harris. I really had a bad experience, offline and online!
