I have been banking with Bank of New England for 12 years, and they are always helpful. In the past, I banked with a large bank, but they did not treat me like my business mattered. With Bank of New England, they know me by name when I visit my branch and always go out of their way to make sure I am happy!  If you are looking for an actual relationship with your bank, I highly recommend Bank of New England.

I had a check to cash that didn't have a date. Instead of telling me that they made me wait 10 minutes in the drive through while they called the account holder. It shouldn't have been a problem, the holder had spoken with the bank manager before I showed up. Poor communication is a problem.

I've gotten nothing but wonderful customer service here. Staff is consistent, not big overturns like other. Been a customer for 3 name changes & 30 years approx. since it opened.

You can't even get rolls of quarters unless you are a customer even when you come in with Cash.
