Natasha A with Pelham , NH Branch , really changed my experience with Citizens bank. I have had nothing but, issues and bad interactions with many customer service representatives. I went into the branch yesterday and spoke with Natasha and she was so kind and helpful and took her time to explain and helped me understand. She truly is the best and I am now a happy member of Citizens thanks to her !
I love this branch! The people are very friendly, welcoming, and above all, helpful. Every person we spoke with went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and knew of the options we had regarding student loans. Super happy with my experience at this Citizens branch!
It been probs like 2 months and i have been having trouble with my debit card. It all ways says my card is deactivated even tho the guy said it was all good... this is bs!
I went to this bank today and I remembered why I stopped using this bank because the employees in this bank need a crash course in customer service the woman insinuating that the person in the license was not me.
Went to the drive thru and the guy nick is his name lost my drivers license. Don't give nick your license
