I changed banks and this bank is a whole lot better. When making a call to them I got a person from the bank I changed to, not a computer or someone with an accent so strong I couldn't understand them

I love this bank. They have always been absolutely wonderful. I have never LOVED my bank before. However, I had to call them over an issue with my account, and the woman on the phone was very rude. She LAUGHED when I asked a question, and was condescending for the remainder of the phone call. Very disappointed in my interaction, today.

Charged $5 for a change of address. I built a new house next to my old address and my statement was returned for wrong address. So be aware of fees.

This branch makes you feel like you are a inconvenient to them when you ask for something and will not help you unless you open the account at this branch, couldn't even replace my debit card because it was Sat really so now I have to go all weekend with a debit card .

Can’t even give me just my username to my banking with out making it a whole process even though they asked me for many things that could verify it was me

Very friendly and certious helped to resolve problems quickly.

Been with them 20yrs. Walk-in or drive-thru, always nice.
