I have been with this bank for 25 years I never really had any problems just a change of Staff but the staff has always been nice and friendly and the security guards.

It's impossible to talk to a real human being on the phone, during covid-19 this made using this bank a huge hassle as the lobby has just5 opened up again.

Tried to call a couple of their branches to get some support with my checking account and it was literally impossible to speak with a person. Its not an option. Ridiculous

I just love going to this location, they are very helpfulgreat service and very attentive too your needs@
