What a wonderful experience with the ER at Torrington! My husband was taken back immediately & a team of medical staff started getting information within 20 minutes our Dr came in & visited with him! He had looked at the notes & asked good questions. So thankful for the professionalism

The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The nurse was so very kind and helped us establish ourselves as new patients. Dr. Price was very knowledgeable and really took the time to listen and tailor a health plan, specifically for us. We look forward to continuing our care at this practice.

I was able to get an appointment for the same day quickly. The staff was nice. Checking in was fast. The provider I saw asked questions about my condition and examined me to figure out the best treatment.

Took my mom to Dr Maddon was not impressed with her at all. She taked for 45 minutes on the way sleep worked and how to solve it with meditation stretching and so on, my mom is 88 after all these years I think she has tried about everything to get good sleep this was a waist of time.

I have been using this clinic for years. I recently went to have my monthly inrprotime checked. I truly love the nurse in the lab. At check in i requested a flu shot. The same nurse gave me the shot. No problems until I received the bill. I was charged for the flu shot which I don't have a problem with. However, I was then charged administration fee. Total for my shot was 72.10. This is outrageous. Could have got the same shot at Walmart or Walgreens for about 20.00. I will never get another flu shot at Banner. When I called the billing department they told me that Wal-Mart and Walgreens also charge these fees. I know that is not true. VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED

Very pleased with Dr Price who manages my health and was hospitalist while my wife was at Torrington hospital and was very helpful along with Dr Randolph in finding a serious condition my wife had.

Terrible experience trying to get rx to help manage my asthma. Spent almost 3 weeks waiting on them to process the paperwork. Staff was rude and dismissive. I finally gave up and went elsewhere, as I depleted my rescue inhaler. I wouldn't trust these people to help me buy a pack of gum, let alone assist with my medical needs.
