Description

Banning's is located in the heart of Easton, MD. We pride ourselves on TOP NOTCH steaks, chops, burgers and seafood. Our menu has a very wide range, from fried chicken to duck confit. Chef is classically trained and that training is clear in all his dishes. We have created a fun, relaxing and local environment that is just plain nice to be in. 18 craft beers on tap and a specialty drink menu top off what we hope will be a great time! See you soon.

Great place, my wife and stop in anytime we are nearby. They always have a well selected beer menu and their food is great. Had the Guinness and beef stew.. very nice. Onion rings were probably the best ive had in years. Don't miss this place
One of the best crab cakes I've ever had. But also one of the more expensive ones I've ever had. For the price I would've hoped for just a little bit more by way of a side dish maybe french fries instead of potato chips.
Looked for a place with unique beer for hubby. Excellent food. Great atmosphere. You could tell it was a locals' hangout., which is a plus in my book. Fast, efficient service. We will return. Worth the little detour off the highway!!!!
Good food, good service. We love Bannings. Steve the owner, as well as the servers & bartender always make us feel welcome. Everything on the menu is really good--we've yet to have a bad appetizer, dinner, or dessert. Parking: There's plenty of parking on the street as well as in a lot close-by.
Clearly short-handed on staff. Our server was running around non-stop but did just fine with our order though it was simple. The environment is good and the food was good; We thought it was a bit over-priced considering the quality of other local establishments which are similarly priced but even higher quality. I got the spinach salad and my spouse got fish and chips. The historic setting is what makes the visit worth it. We plan to return.
The food, the drinks, the helpful employees, the understated elegance of the restaurant all contribute to a great dining experience in Easton, MD. The sea food was fresh and wonderfully prepared, the steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly we had a large crowd. If you're on the eastern shore, or visiting as we were, take an evening and go enjoy a great time at Banning's Tavern in Easton, MD.
Really great food and service. I've heard they have the best burger in town but we haven't tried one yet. The short ribs and rockfish were amazing.
I like it. Has a community/local style feel and good service. The food is always good and the clam chowder is outstanding not to mention the onion rings. They are very good with a nice taste. Good menu with nice selection with darn decent prices. My place to go each month when I want something different.
