The very first time I met Dr Barton I knew he was the podiatrist for me. I admired him most because he actively listened to me, he just didn’t ignore what I was telling him and come up with his own perception. We scheduled the surgery and he explained everything to me through the whole process. The surgery was a success and my recovery is moving in a positive direction. If you are looking for a podiatrist, Dr Barton is the one to see!
Dr. Barton has taken care of my feet problems for years. He is kind and professional and very knowledgeable in his treatment recommendations. Dr. Barton was the only doctor who was able to treat my plantar fasciitis to the point of it never returning.
Dr .Barton is very easy going ,listens to your concerns then comes up with a plan of care.With his many years of experience he was able to prevent me from loosening my whole big toe .When the toe would not heal it was necessary for Dr.Barton to remove the tip of my big toe to the first joint no problems with the procedure. I would recommend Dr.Barton to all my friends and family.I am a retired disable veteran.
Dr Barton is an excellent dr. Dr. Barton has been treating my many problems with my feet for 10+ years.He has always explained everything in detail.If it wasn’t for his advanced knowledge and experience I probably would not be walking today .I would highly recommend him to friends and family.I have always been able to get an appointment when a new problem occurs.
Had my second surgery from Dr. Barton last week and he has done a good job from what I can tell. My first one was a big help and my foot has no pain like I used to get after walking or running for long periods. I can't speak for everyone but my experience as his patient has been great, and I have recommended him to family and friends.
I would highly recommend this doctor. He worked wonderfully with my son who has Autism. He has a calm demeanor and explained to him step by step what was happening with his procedure. Dr. Barton has a great bedside manner.
My wife was having horrible pain in her foot. She was told it was plantar fasciitis even though there was bump we could feel under the skin. Then he said maybe it was a ganglion cyst and did surgery. After the surgery he said there was nothing to remove and sewed it back up. After she continued to tell him about the pain he told her again it was probably a cyst. A few months later, my wife went to a podiatrist in California. He immediately told her it might be cancer and refered her to UC Davis oncology. Thank God we got a second opinion. It did turn out to be spindle cell synovial sarcoma.
I was visiting my daughter from Virginia and developed pain in my toe. I had never been to a podiatrist before even though I've been a diabetic for 12 years. Dr. Barton quickly saw I had an infected sore under my big toe. He also identified that I had poor circulation and diabetic neuropathy. Because my infected toe was so severe, I ended up losing it. But thanks to Dr. Barton, not my leg which was almost the case due to the infection! Thank you Dr. Barton for caring, taking the time to listen, and being so thorough.
Dr. Barton is a fantastic Doctor. I met Dr. Barton 4 years ago when I stepped on a rusty nail, the infection spread and Dr. Barton saved my left foot. This year when I had an infection in my right foot Dr. Barton was the only Doctor i would see. Once again Dr. Barton took the time and understood the importance of saving my foot. I had such a terrible infection that I should have lost my foot. Dr Barton spends the time, and has given me excellent care and instructions for what to do at home. His staff is excellent as well, always a smile on their face and great care every visit. Sean McCracken
I've seen Dr. Barton twice for two different breaks. He by far has the best bedside manor I've ever encountered, is friendly, and explains well your condition. I was worked into surgery fast and the staff is friendly and helpful.
