The waiting room is over booked for sure, you can wait a long time to get in. However Dr. Greenfield knows what he is doing and fixed my sinus issue without any problems. Sometimes you need drugs to kill a sinus infection. If all it was.... was that your nose is clogged...then by all mean blow your nose and skip a doctor appointment. But if is constantly bothering you, then you probably have other issues. I'm actually happy he has lots of modern equipment to diagnose any issue you might have.
The guy has zero personality and explains nothing. He just pushes drugs and likes to use his fancy machines. I went in with clogged ear and they had me take 30 minutes worth of hearing tests just to tell me my ears were clogged. Which is what I told them when I walked in, without any medical experience. I just need my ear flushed out. So now I am on Prednisone for 5 days which is somehow going to miraculously unclog my ear. What a joke. I bet he billed my insurance company hundreds of dollars for all those fancy machines. OH and I also waited over 40 minutes from my appointment time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Barak J.Greenfield and his staff at the New Hyde Park location. From my first visit, I knew I was in good hands and his staff is very friendly and organized. I was having throat issues and he was thorough and very helpful. Overall, very satisfied and I will highly recommend Dr. Greenfield. 9-20-2018
Have been visiting Greenfield for regular work for years now, have never had any complaints with him. Perfectly pleasant and professional.
He is horrible he tired to do a scope test on me didn't put me to sleep the person who did it didn't what she was doing.
