Bart's is our Artisanal SUPER Super-Premium ice cream made in small, hand crafted batches made up of 16% Butterfat and only 20% overrun (the amount of air we churn into it), very high quality ingredients, like Madagascar Bourban Vanilla and Bendsdorp top of the line cocoa and of course fresh, local fruit (peaches, blueberries, apples & strawberries), maple syrup and even fresh ginger. Each Pint = One Pound; weigh the difference!
Our small batch production enables us to custom make boutique flavors for local restaurants.
Bart's Super-Premium Pints & Snow's Premium 56 oz. Scrounds can be found in most independent grocers in our the Pioneer Valley and Bart's can also be found at Whole Foods throughout New England, Roche Bros. and in Food Co-ops throughout the region.
