After accomplishing all of the intake, lab, one month wait for followup, i arrived 10 minutes early and immediately was asked to pay $100 for pelleting. I explained that my appointment was for a followup on my blood work, to discuss a plan of action. Receptionist was obviously irritated with me trying to understand charges. Paid the 100. Waited an hour for the long-awaited appointment with doc, realized that two patients down the line were seen before me. They prioritize the $$$pelleting$$$ over fairness. They're "sorry". If you're sick, the doc and her staff may freeze you out, gang up on you, so to speak, instead of actually caring that you're unwell. Fake medical professionals, imo. No thank you.
Dr Lubin was wonderful! She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Answered all my questions with patience and made me feel at ease the whole time.
Dr Lubin is Amazing! I have been seeing her for almost 3 years now and I could not be more happy with the genuine care that I receive from the entire staff. The nurse is friendly and quick and Mikaela the office manager goes above and beyond. The Doctor herself is thorough and to the point. She doesn't sugar coat bad things and acknowledges when good changes are made. I love her.
Absolutely one of the best doctors around town hands down-I have been seeing her for years!! Dr. Lubin is very informative with every question I ask her about my health which makes me feel she actually cares about me as a person not a problem.. Her staff is absolutely awesome and is so helpful, especially the office manager. I recommend her to everyone! Go check her out y’all
Horrible experience at this office today. The office mgr does not understand customer service. I made an appointment for my annual visit and was given an appointment for today. I show up only to be told that my appointment is for a lab follow-up. I did my labs on 6/22 in preparation for my yearly appointment. The office mgr approached me and angrily told me that I was not due for my annual visit and that insurance would not pay. I asked when my annual was due and she said on the 7th in 2 days. So why was I given an appointment for today when I called for an annual wellness appointment? I have not had any problems with Dr Lubin I just received a text from the doctors office saying that I missed my appointment and will be charged $100. So, after driving 45 minutes to my appointment and wasting almost 2 hours of my time because Dr Lubin’s office staff failed to schedule my appointment appropriately and then to be spoken to by an extremely angry office manager, I receive a text saying that I will be charged a $100 for a missed appointment. My time is just as important as the doctors. Patients have rights also: Be treated with courtesy and respect, with appreciation of his or her dignity, and with protection of privacy.
The best service ever. Very knowledgeable. Very personable in all aspects. I would recommend dr Lubin to everyone.
Dr. Lubin and her staff are very accommodating and caring. Dr. Lubin not only researches everything she prescribes, she calls you herself, which is something few physicians do these days. She keeps up-to-date on all new treatments and takes time to listen to your concerns and find the best treatment for each individual. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a thorough , caring physician.
Dr Lubin has been my wife’s and my primary care physician for about 3 years. She’s definitely different than what we’re accustomed to but in a good way. She definitely has her own manner about her and sometimes talks above our understanding but she has always gave us options as to treatment and the plus’ and minuses, but ultimately let us make the final decision and always sent us in the right direction. We’re very happy and have full confidence in Dr Lubin.
Dr. Lubin has been our family primary care physician for about 11/12 years now. She has the most comforting bedside manner. From the time you enter her office until the time you leave, her staff will make you feel at home. They will address any issues you might have and share them with Doctor Lubin. She then in turn will discuss whatever is on your mind. She is not the typical Doctor who hurries to get you in and out to make that almighty dollar. She truly cares about you. One of the hardest things my family had ever gone through was the death of my youngest son. Dr. Lubin was with us every step of the way. You could not ask for a better Doctor. Give her a visit. You will not be disappointed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lubin's for about 4 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She will spend as much time with me as I need and she is very thorough. Dr. Lubin is also not afraid to recommend a specialist when I need one. As long as I live in this area I will be a patient of Dr. Lubin's.
