Dr. Daube’s work is flawless! He takes a personal interest in my cosmetic needs and customizes specific treatments to enhance my natural attributes in a positive way. The office staff is quick and efficient. Also, a special nod to Kim, who always treats me like a VIP.
It amazes me that such a magnificent doctor as Dr. Daube would have such unprofessional and horrible office staff. It just blows my mind how inconsiderate some one in this setting could be about patients time. An hour past surgical follow up appointment time is unacceptable when the reason is to take walk ins, in front of the patient.
While in PCB my son broke his nose and we were referred to this place by the emergency room. The front office staff very rudely turned my 7 year old away with a broken nose. We have tricare, my husband has served for over 25 years and when we told her the tricare policy about not needing a referral when on leave in transit, and tried letting the front office staff listen to the policy over the insurance hotline, she very rudely said "no were good" & turned us away. If the front office staff is like this I only wonder what the specialists are like SMH! YOUR JOB IS TO HELP PEOPLE!!!! I'm speaking from experience as a clinician. Even if you couldn't help, you should guide people in the right direction. Guess they were more worried about their 4th of July vacations! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Got my Dysport today, Love my results. Dr. Daube is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this office for all your cosmetic and ENT needs.
I was very impressed my the professionalism and kindness shown by Dr Daube and his staff. I was given detailed information and instruction and follow up care. Dr. Daube and his staff assured me and gave me a sense of co dude cr after leaving the office.
Horrible disrespectful worst doctor here, and they all suck. Dr. Vicki Nowak dismissed me and my problems due to me not having insurance. I had the money in pocket. She did not even test me for the referral that was hand written for the disease. Do you freaking job as a doctor and help people. I am a roofer, Meniers is not fun as a roofer
TERRIBLE!!!! I’d leave 0 stars if I could! Jessica Ward was complete trash!!! I was filling out a form longer than I was in the back. When I was called back, the jessica ward ignored everything I was saying. She was giving me dirty looks the whole 3 minutes I was in the back room! That’s right, 3 minutes! I already waited 2 1/2 weeks to get in with them when my ears are throbbing and ringing non stop for them to charge me $50 to say there’s nothing they’re going to do for me. They proceeded to book me another appointment but not for another month out!!! I will not be attending their appointments any further because being ripped off out of $50 for absolutely nothing at all is ridiculous. There was no reason for her to give me nasty looks like she did and cut me off. They do no care about you, they just want your money! JESSICA WARD WAS HORRIBLE AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME $50 FOR THE “office visit” I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY HER!!!! SHE WONT LISTEN TO YOU OR GIVE YOU ANY CARE!!! LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Update: they don’t have any solutions other than a copy and pasted response towards negative reviews. Nobody answers the calls. Still wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy
DR D miss diagnosed my base of tongue cancer and did an unnecessary procedure on me throat dilation I would encourage you to seek qualified physician for any procedure.
Dr. Daube, your practice is great. The services you provide are incredible and the patient experience you provide is like nothing else. I wish this to be known locally, nationally; quite possibly, globally! Kim, Cindi, OR crew along with the front line desk crew are all equally amazing; it truly shows they love what they do. Each and every time I arrive at the office which is at the least, 10 times annually I feel welcomed, I feel my privacy is kept in tact and that it is a safe space for me. For anyone looking for a surgeon who is conservative where he needs to be and a bit more aggressive, also, where he needs to be, Dr. Daube will be your best match. I have had in office procedures along with OR procedures which were all smooth sailing; from consultation to the actual procedure to post op, it was smooth running with all t’s crossed and I’s dotted. Yes, when you call, you get an answering service; however, you also receive a call right back to address your need. I am beyond pleased with my experiences; he is masterful in creating a masterpiece! I absolutely recommend Dr.Daube at Gulf Coast Facial Plastics, you will be glad you did, as am I. BB
My experience is with Dr. Gibson ENT, which is across the street from the main Gulf Coast office. I've had excellent care here and the staff has been first rate. Dr Gibson and his assistant, Sherri, are wonderful; personable, professional and attentive. One of the best medical experiences I've ever had. But, getting that first appointment worked much better by showing up at the office rather than using the main contact number and getting into voicemail he'll. The good news is that the phone system's options have been upgraded and refined, so I'm optimistic future potential patients will have a better initial contact experience.
